Erst dann kommt der Muskelzuwachs, wenn der Reiz hoch genug, die Sessions oft genug und die Ernährung adäquat genug eingestellt ist.
Je näher du dich an den "idealen Vorgaben" bewegst desto schneller kommst du voran. Irgendwann klappt deine Motivation weg weil die Erfolge geringer werden.. Wenn du es dann schaffst weiter zumachen, dich noch nicht verletzt hast weil dir das nicht schnell genug ging und das ganze nicht nur einem Fiebertraum entsprang in dem Muskelaufbau so schnell funktioniert wie das aufleveln in CoD, ist dein gewünschtes X-Pack nur eine Frage der Zeit.

Ich mache vor jedem Training das Warm-up Video und danach das cool down Video erspart Verletzungen und übermäßig Musikkater. Kommt bei mir immer in den Wintermonaten zum Einsatz.
