Der mydealzer gelangt damit von der Wampe zur Wampe
wie genau bekommt man mit solchen Apps und ohne Gewichte Quads? hamstring genau das gleiche. da muss man einfach Kniebeugen oder beinbeuger machen.
Ist immer eine Frage der eigenen Perspektive, wohin man mit dem Training will. Bodybuilding im klassischen Sinne? Ja dann eher ins Gym.
Es gibt allerdings genügend Beinübungen die alles abdecken ohne Gewichte.
Und ja irgendwann reicht das eigene Gewicht nicht mehr aber die Mehrzahl erreicht diesen Punkt eher nicht.
Nordic und Reverse Nordic curls
soll übrigens kein disrespect an Körpergewichtsübungen oder calisthenics sein. aber Krafttraining funktioniert vollumfänglich nur mit Geräten zum Widerstand, bei den Nordic curls braucht man ja auch was
Natürlich kann man kein Bodybuilder mit calisthenics werden. Aber der Oberkörper kann bestimmt sehr weit mit pullups und Dips Variationen gebracht werden. Wenn man diese meistert dann werden schon viele zufrieden mit der physique sein. Pistol squats, step ups, reverse Nordics und Sissy squats sind alle sehr gute alternativen bevor man sich zum gym entschiedet
