Hier das Chat Protokoll, wie es in etwa abläuft. Ich habe aber nur eine Backup Kreditkarte zugefügt, da ich bereits eine hinterlegt habe. Ich wollte nur schauen, ob das auch noch geht, da ein Kollege noch Probleme hat.

Ihr könnt über den Livechat den Support anschreiben, dass eure Kreditkarte nicht angenommen wird. Dann bekommt ihr ein Formular und hinterlegt dort die Daten. Einen Kreditkartenwechsel könnt ihr hier auch erledigen - sofern relevant.
So müsst ihr keinen Umweg über Geschenkkarten gehen. Dies setzt aber eine gewisse Dreistigkeit voraus. Aber bei einem EPS von 3,2 sollte das klar gehen.
