High Ping mit der FritzBox 6660(Vodafone Cable 1000)

Servus Leute,

Ich bin Vodafone Kunde und hab die cable 1000, Download und Upload ist okay jedoch habe ich in Online Spielen einen Ping von 100-200ms, das ist sehr hoch.

Ich benutze die FritzBox 6660 cable, hat jemand Tipps wie ich den hohen Ping wegbekomme?
