Again, I can hardly imagine the target audience of such devices - as a typewriter it is useless, as a standalone working tool the screen is too small (and an uncomfortable keyboard), and as a portable system unit it is too noisy and dangerously overheating under sustained heavy load (i.e. need a guarantee of at least 3 of the year). Well, 16GB of soldered memory is clearly not enough in fall of 2022 for a "portable system unit", although the price seems to hint that at least 32GB should be soldered there.

I'm not surprised that according to the latest reports, Lenovo suffered a loss in sales laptops by as much as -18% in the second quarter of 2022. True, the loss of HP is even greater as much as -35%.

This is not only a fall after the covid peaks, but also a complete consumer disappointment with current models, which will only intensify. Block by block. Marketers have completely ceased to understand what consumers need, riveting hosts of all sorts of useless garbage.

The funny thing about all this ugliness from manufacturers is that in really working class of 15.6"-16" models they continue to cynically install miserable screens at 1920x1080 with a monstrously bad response (but in this 13" model the screen is fake in fact, because there are no 90Hz there and does not smell) with shamed 45-46% NTSC color space, also solder the memory (although there is plenty of space on the board for 2 slots) and make a poor cooling system, although again there is plenty of space, and the weight easily allows.

Well, if you make a 13" model, then with an excellent tactile keyboard (like a typewriter) and silent system cooling, at least at the level of a typical load in surfing and playing video up to 8k, which is not here. That is, it is not as quiet as a tablet it turns out in surfing and tablet scenarios, but also as a powerful portable system unit, it is no - too noisy and gets very hot under a heavy computing load.

Lenovo did it as usual neither this nor that, without achieving the perfection that is expected from such models in key things. That's why Apple is buying instead of Lenovo and the market will gradually go to Apple despite x86 emulation. Apple at least managed to achieve complete noiselessness in operation, and this is worth a lot for buyers.

Lenovo fires up energy for nothing (in a senseless attempt to keep up with Apple without having the funds to do so), instead of focusing on its key working models, like the almost successful and mega-popular L5Pro 2021. To bring them to mind in terms of noise level under average CPU load (giving more freedom to the owner to choose the cooler speed growth curve) and other parameters (for example, improving the keyboard tactilely and in terms of the size of the keys) and giving even better screens like 16" 4k@120Hz IPS.

Noch günstiger über Myunidays. 10% günstiger, kostet nur 720. Mit i7 800.

Da nur Schüler/Studenten usw. PVG nicht stimmig und Angebot mMn. dank stark begrenztem Nutzerkreis kein Deal.

was habt ihr bloss mit dem Lenovo-Zeugs - ob T14, X1 oder Yoga (slim), die Dinger werden unter Last sehr heiß.
Altes Problem, das Lenovo seit Jahren nicht angeht.
