sortiert nachHabe eine Gibson 60 BB Lefthand bestellt. Das Paket kam durchnässt hier an. Das Siegel war gebrochen und im Koffer selbst hat die Trustrod Cover gefehlt.
Nun gut dachte ich mir, rufst mal den Kundenservice an. Allerdings wird man von der DE Nummer in die Niederlande zum Hauptsitz geleitet. Gut, die sprechen Englisch, ich auch ein wenig. War ein netter Mitarbeiter dran. Alles abgeklärt. Dann die Retoure eingeleitet und dann kam leider kein Geld. E-Mails werden nie beantwortet, egal wie oft man schreibt. Kundenservice gibt es dort nicht.
Musste einen Paypal eröffnen, erst dann kam das Geld zurück, zum Glück.
Auch wenn man hier ein paar Groschen spart, so kann das Ganze recht schnell in die falsche Richtung laufen und man ist nur genervt.. kann natürlich bei mir ein Einzelfall sein, aber Kundenservice gibt es dort nicht.
Man muss eher Glück haben, auf nichts angewiesen zu sein, aber hier sind ja die Gitarren sehr sehr oft mängelbehaftet.
Wo haben denn die meisten in Europa stationierten großen Firmen ihre Lager? In Amsterdam Von dort kommen nahezu alle Produkte aus dem Lager. Teure Fahrräder, Teile, Gitarren, Mode, alles eben. Habe derzeit auch paar Reklas, die alle nach AMS gehen.
Sehe derzeit auch immer wieder die günstigeren Angebote teurer Artikel aus Tschechien, Polen und der Slowakei, mit deutscher Nummer Dürfte ähnlich sein. Andere Läden haben nur Lockangebote bzw. können die gelisteten Artikel gar nicht liefern, sie wollen nur niedriger gerankt werden.
Habe heute über einen Hersteller eine nette Ersparnis erhalten zum UVP, auch zum heutigen Online-Preis. Aber man staune, dass genau diese Artikel vor 1-2 Jahren zum heutigen Preis nochmals um 25 % günstiger waren (dank google gesehen).
Hab eben mal geschaut. Günstiger kann ich das Teil leider auch nicht finden, bzw. wenn dann nur bei Fake Shops.
Germanium-Dioden sind ja momentan in aller Munde wie des Bad Monkeys und Klon. Kennste das schon vom Joshen, JHS?
Der Spieler im obigen Video, der ist echt gut.
Beobachte auch paar Artikel und bemerke, dass die Preise leicht fallen und die Lager voller werden! Der große T hat auch schon leicht reduziert, aber hält größtenteils die Preise noch oben, woran sich andere orientieren (leider - wieder diese "Absprache").
Gerade bei den teureren Klampfen tut sich was. Bin gespannt, wie es sich entwickelt. Es kommen ja noch paar Feiertage, an denen es letztes Jahr bei manchen Händler 10 % auf die teuren gab.
Es müsste auch ein Preisvergleich mit verfügbarer Menge geben, aber das würde wahrs. die Preise antreiben. Ich meine, Gutscheincodes können die Browser auch selbstständig eingeben.
