Vel 35 GRSL2 Carbon Gravel Disc WheelsetVel’s fast-rolling 35 GRSL2 Carbon Gravel Disc Wheelset is ideal for rapid gravel rides or races, with the 700c size providing plenty of off-road speed for rolling over rough trails. Weighing in at less than 1,400 grams, hills are no obstacle either and the 35mm depth provides good strength and stiffness along with some aerodynamic advantages at higher speeds.

The rims are suitable for use with tyres up to 45c / 2.25” wide, so there is plenty of scope for fitting nice wide rubber for use on gnarlier routes and they are tubeless compatible too, with tape fitted and valves supplied.

The DT Swiss 240 EXP hubs are a tried and tested premium option that utilises a 36-tooth ratchet to provide fast and reliable engagement for quick accelerations out of corners or bursts of power over rocks or roots. Handbuilt with Sapim CX-Ray spokes, the wheels are strong, reliable and easy to maintain; spare spokes are included with each wheelset.

Crash replacement policyCrashes, unexpected accidents and falls can happen under normal riding conditions, therefore if your product has been registered within 3 months of purchase we will offer to replace it with an identical or equivalent product up to 40% off RRP within the first 3 years of ownership. This crash replacement policy only applies to the original owner.

Limited warrantyVel wheels come with a two year limited warranty for manufacturing or material defects that would appear during normal use, with the exception of wear and tear parts. The warranty is extended to 3 years if registered within the first 3 months from purchase date.
