HILFE!!!! Bpost (BelgiumPost) Tracking hängt fest bei "Parcel is handled"

Hallo,

habe nun nochmals eine Frage meine erste Bestellung bei TomTop wurde via Belgium Post verschickt! So diese kam auch sehr schnell an alles ohne Probleme nun habe ich ein paar Tage später nochmals was bestellt und dieses mal wurde es auch wieder via BPost Versand nun ist mein Problem das es nicht weiter geht bei all meinen bisherigen BPost Sendung ging es nachdem Trackingeintrag "Parcel is handled" bereits nach einem Tag nach Deutschland und es erschien dieser Trackingeintrag "Departure to country of destination" nur dieses mal leider nicht warte nun schon seit 4 Tagen bis es nach Deutschland geschickt wird.

Ist das normal?
