Got it today - there is a design flaw in the air room temperature sensor, it is right next to the hot air exhaust port!
So it was reading 35 degrees when I switched the unit off (it tells you the room temp when the unit is off)
I was wondering why it wouldn't switch off cooling condenser even though it was a low temperature.
You can see from the first picture where the air temp sensor is. I am pointing to it. The port below is the hot air out port.
I removed the sensor, it is hot glued in. And just pulled the cable through and located it higher up.

Completely fixed the air temp sensor, now the unit works perfectly and turns off the compressor when the air is the right temperature. I even think I removed some of the noise by screwing it together better!
Very easy fix.only have to remove a bunch of screws.
